1996 vs. 2001 tunes

I'm swapping a 2001 4.6L SOHC into my 1996 GT...what are the differences in the 2 stock tunes? Will I have to do anything? Thanks.

Its quite a difference...it should run but not ideally, a custom tune will be needed, or start with an 01 PCM if possible.
