SCT Tuner issue

I’m getting this when attempting to load a Lund tune in my recently purchased 2011 GT. I’ve also attempted with a battery charger hooked up and still unable. Anyone have any advice or tips?

@ the point that the battery is charged, & it still won't load, contact SCT..
