fuel in the spark plugs: means you are running extremely rich (more fuel than air (02) in the combustion chambers,You should run an OBDII code on your car..Running rich is proportional to losing a lot of power, thus the idling and slugishness on your car..

It does it reguardless if its cold or warm. It is only noticible at 1,000-1,100 rpms at idle only not while in drive. I brought it to a mechanic and he said don't worry about it since it cant really be felt in drive. He said its nothing that will harm anything. I don't think its the motormounts because it would be shaking all the time right?

That deffintaly is a problem in your case. Could be as simple as an exhaust leak, but it could be valves, lifters and guide seals. Dura Lube or slick 50 can help out on older engines some time. Can't hurt nothing but your wallet.
I had a some lifter noise on one of my work trucks and an oil change with Mobile1 and a quart of Dura Lube fixed it with in 100 miles. The stuff is great in my opinion.
If that is the case....how much am i looking at in repairs? Estimated

I also noticed that the passanger side of the engine (left side) is emitting tapping sounds. It is really noticible with the hood open. I put my hand on it and i could feel it. When I changed my plugs on that side they had fuel on them. All three of them. Is it the injectors? I ran Chevron Techron in it. What does it mean when there is fuel on the spark plugs?? Could it attribute to the rough idle?

No such thing as a mechanic in a can!If its rattling and or knocking you have mechanical issues that a "MIRACLE IN A CAN" isnt going to fix.
Yank the valve cover and inspect it.
