Default aggresive cam

i want to get a more aggresive cam, the stock one sucks and need more serious performance mods. What cam is the best and what else is needed? I heard rpm(not rpmoutlet) sells one for 180 and is good. What other ones are good and will this seriously kill my gas!

The one listed in my sig will be a decent one. Go to rpm-mustangs.com, they have a googleplex of cams availible.

You should also get 1.8 roller rockers, if you are going to be that far down in your motor you might as well change those out also

The first set of numbers 215/220 is the intake/exhaust lift, that's how high the cam lifts the valves up, the higher the lift the more air that is let into and then out of the engine, the second set of numbers .495/.491 is the duration of each. The longer the duration, the more air that can be let in and out.
