Ok so now you just need a new ecu, GT springs, shocks, 8.8" rear end, a GT drivetrain (maybe), wiring harness, GT speedo, speedo realibration, make sure you don't trip your security switch then the damn thing may never work, a GT cooling fan, and lots of other small things.
No difference in the springs, Shocks yes, rear end Definitely yes, harness yes, the speedo will be calibrated off of the ECU so nothing needs to be done there, especially if he goes with a tuner. GT cooling fan? Should be the same.

motor mounts, cross member, do you have a stick or a auto right now? if you have a auto right now and want to convert to the T-45 then good luck you will need it

why would someone actually upgrade to a cobra motor? just as time consuming as swapping from a v6 to a GT motor. probably more so.
