brake torque
Does holding the brake and giving it gas to do a burnout damage your pads and/or rotors or anything else for that matter. I ask because i figure it would but my buddy tells me as long as i dont do it all the time and just once in a while its all good.
Yeah you are wasting you brake pads. and its the rear pads for that matter, cus when powerbraking, the brake system is in a position in which the its locked in front and there is enough room for rotation in the rear wheels. something you should try just for fun, depending what kind of rims you have for the visual, burn out at night, but for an extended period of time and all you see are the brake pads and their super hot red!!!!!
Yes, it's hard on your tires, brakes and driveline.

Sounds like a good way to warp your rotors.

its not that hard on it as long as its done correctly, and dont go all the way down on the breaks, go just enough to keep the vehicle from moving, number 1 choice is a line lock though
