Like Verado said, cats are required by law in every state.

And especially in Cali, all of their emissions laws are very strict.

Ricer sound from flowmasters.???..Install x-pipes and flowmasters 40 series..and maybe even hi-flow cats....

my friend actually did this, but it was to his jeep.
but after he cut the catalytic converters out he put in "cut outs" soo if u wanted straight headers then all u have to do is hit a switch n it will close the exhaust pipe and make the exhaust go out of a hole cut in the pipe[if i remember correctly] i can get more info about it if u still need it.
it sounds SICK by the way...
