I would just say my wheels are too wide, but pretty sure it hasn't always done that. And the fluid isn't low.[]

My steering wheel or something in the dash "pops" once in a while but not when im driving, it only happens once in a great while when I get in my car.... im not to sure what it is and I took it to ford an they couldnt figure out what it was but it sounds like its coming from the dash/steering column....
