Well, tonight when I was about to leave the movies I started my car and noticed that the noise had changed and gotten a lil louder and just sounded diff. I started it and it ran for about a min before it shut off. Tried popping the clutch. Well, my dad came to pick me up and we tried again and it started so I started to drive it home cuz i cant afford the tow bill right now. i got about 100 yrds down the road and i started losing power. So i pull over at a gas station and park it but before i turn it off i listen to it and it sounds really bad. its def something inside the enigine..........

Well, it's sounding even worse than I first thought. Sounds like you may have either spun a bearing or broke a rod. A rod knock will also produce a ticking noise at first. First thing you need to do is do a compression test. Just do it on the side that is making noise.

EDIT~~
It COULD still be a stuck lifter. Did you try the tranny fluid trick I told you about? If not TRY IT!! If the lifter is stuck, it WILL drop your power a LOT. It's just like losing a cylinder.

When you start her up, do you notice any smell as if your cats were off. Because if its a cracker header, youll notice its going to smell under the hood and near the doors. But man that sucks.

No, I didn't notice a smell. The guy that is going to tow it just came and got my key so I will be going up to the shop in about an hr or so. I will let yall know what the diagnosis is. I hope it's cheap cuz they sure don't pay us service members near enough money.
