I need to do oil Change

Hello guys, i recently purchased a 04' mustang v6 auto and i think its 3.8. but i wanted to do a oil change but i'm not sure how many quarts it takes and what type of oil (meaning 5-30 or 10-40)? anyone can possibly help? i checked the search bar but only gave for v8 4.6 couldn't find one for 3.8 v6 04'. thanks alot guys

If you look at the oil cap, it says you should use 5-w20 oil. Also, it takes 5.5 quarts. I personally prefer Mobil1, but any quality oil will work fine.
