Default convertible problems

my convertible top leaks [&:](what a surprise) and its mainly coming from around the back glass. any quick fix tips instead of buying new top or glass?

Afraid there are not many quick or cheap fixes when it comes to verts. Leaking around the back window usually indicates dry-rot, or in some cases separation from the back window. Probably going to have to replace the top, or at least the back part with the glass/vinyl strip. Its a lot of extra upkeep cost when u look good in a vert.

some one said use silicone or the stuff they put windshields in with around the back glass will this work?

You're pretty much gonna have to get new glass in the back anyway, so you might as well try the silicone. It might at least hold for a while.
