headers and H pipe are useless, go with an X or true duals
I dont believe that the H pipe is useless. I put it on my car and it made a huge different. People say you cant hear it after 2500 and thats where my car started to get the deepest tone around.
So I would have to fight this one out.

Dannie
um no...hpipes are useless for power...our firing order is perfect. The reason v8s put hpipes is to fix the firing order of the engine..may be something you want to look into...they will NEVER EVER make a huge diffference...and at high rpms v6's dont sound good
ok well I had my pipes done and IT DID MAKE a huge diffence. the sound of my car sounds best at a higher rpms 2500-3300. thats when its the deepest, not ricy at all

Sounds like a good plan to me, now are you going with a high flow x pipe, or an off road x pipe with no cats?
I'm probably going to get the high flow catted X-pipe because it sems, from the description at least, to be better. But it's more expensive.
What do you think, I know it probably won't give me much performance so I'm looking more for sound, so which one is better between the two of them??

The only difference is cated systems are milder sounding over non catted. The only real difference is if you live in a state where you have to pass smog emissions you'll need the catted, if not then screw it, get the off road, you'll sound much better.
