Default A/C Drier - coolant loss

Ok Folks, anyone help a limey?

Got a 95 3.8L. A/C not working very well and noticed coolant leaks from both hoses (in & out) at the evapoartor/drier unit?

Any ideas as to what might be the cause?

welcome to my life, mine doesnt leak, but it dont work. At least you know you can get new hose w/ seals and fix the problem, I have no idea were to start!
