Default Thieft Light

Please advise!

My wife just bougt a 2003 6 cyl Mustang Conv. There was no owners manual in the glove compartment. I need to get one. But in the meantime, the Thieft light continues to blink when parked. We went on vacation for 3 or 4 weeks and when we returned we had a dead battery in the Mustang that was parked the entire time. I do not know how to disable the light or set the alarm if I have one and I have no idea if we do or not.
If someone could help, I would be greatfull.

Thanks.

Almost all of fords vehicles "theft" lights should be blinking, or a red light on a GM, or Dodge. Go get a free battery test. I double checked and mine makes two fast blinks at a time

if youre handy with a soldering iron, just find your way behind the dash, snip one of the wires to the bulb, and put in a small toggle switch.
