Default eibachs

I just put black bullit 17's on my car and it raised it 5/8". I was planning on installing eibachs pro kit which is a 1.1" drop on my 2000 v6. I was hoping on not using cc plates. If I went with the sportline springs would i be okay without the cc plates since my car is already 5/8" taller than stock.
