No re-tuning required.

The reason yuo have probably never heard of it is because most guys have manual stangs. The autos sorta get forgotten but the shift kit is a serious mod and worth the cash. Feel free to as around the 4.6L section, I've seen a number of posts regarding it.

 

A lot of posts in the 4.6 section said a cooler was needed. Was this because their's is an 8? Or is it still recommended for a 6?

 

I've never be recomended to get a cooler but I have heard of them. Maybe someone else can awnser this.
