you would want mid offset like 25 to 35

you can go with more than that but the stock off set isn't much. Maybe 20. Not sure but I think thats what it is for the 6 spoke grey rims that came on the 99-01 v6's. If you have the 3 spoke it may be diff.

easily. a nine inch rim up front and 10.5 in the back are perfect. Or smaller if you wish. Pretty much any 5 lug rim made for mustangs will fit on a 99. Go to mustang tuning .com to get some ideas at least and all their rims specify which years they fit. the saleens should be fine though.

welll I plan on buyin saleens. What difference would it make if I bought 18x9's instead of 18x10's for the rear?

for the sixers nothing more than just looks and actually a heavier car. its really all in preference
