Plug wires
Hope someone finds this info helpful. A few days ago I posted a help thread on any short cuts or time savers in changing the plug wires on stock 3.8 2000 mustang. Recieved a few responses mostly about changing the plug's them selves. The following has been my experience on replacing the PLUG WIRES.
If you want to save your self some time and a few headaches start at the air intake and remove the rubber intake boot and all hoses and electrical plugs assocaited with it. Then remove the two heater hoses behind the motor on the top left side(when facing the engine). This will give you a much better access to the factory plug wire harness on the back side of the engine. The rest is pretty simple from here on. The plug wires are easily removable and re-routed in the same factory wire clips attached to the engine.
