Can grease tie rods and ball joints on edges. I would suggest checking your ball joint and tie rods. Does it only happen when you turn the wheel or hit a bump?

 

My squeak is very similar, lemme know if there is a way to fix it and I'll let you know what I find out.

 

a good ball joint test is if the squeak happens when you get out of the car. my front end squeaked for 2 years before my ball joint dropped the control arm. by the way, dont let it get to that point, its not fun.
