I had the BBK 65mm on mine, and unless you port the intake to match the new size T/B, it's another waste of $$$.

Yes it will fit, there are 4 bolts, so u need a socket, locktite and w wrench. The tb should come with a gasket also, hope that comes close to your queston. Spacers dont do that much even on high powered FI's and wont really do anything to you3 3.8l just get the tb, no spacer required
