Honestly, I think that those sorts of situations are crap. Accidents happen, and getting sued because you were in an accident and whatnot, doesn't entitle you to that amount of money anyways. It should be spent on your hospital recovery. Pain and suffering my ****ing ***! I joined the Army, have taken two 7.62 rounds to the leg already, and I'm still managing to run with a 300+ PT score months later, and all I got was a 'congratulations. yer a quick recoverer!' Where is my ****in' money? Where's my ****in' medal? I dunno how many times I crawled out of shopping baskets, ran into tables, slipped on mop water, got slammed in car/track accidents (2 of which were by drunk drivers and I was laid up for months.) But I never begged for an ambulance-chasing lawyer so that I could live comfortably for the rest of my life. That's just ****ing *****, if you ask me. NOthing in life will ever be perfect, and if you're whining right now because you don't have a 2007 GT/CS because your daddy doesn't want to give you the $18,000 you "EARNED" by being in the wrong place at the wrong time, then tough ****. Get you a POS job, buy your POS 1973 Dodge Dart for your TRULY PAID FOR FIRST CAR, and drive the **** on, because we all had to do it before you did, and we turned out okay in the end.

Did you get it that time? Thought so. The only thing I am pissed about now is the fact that the car I paid for is mine no more. Does that entitle me to my $10,000 back? I sure as **** won't pursue it and just hope for the best.

You'd be surprised how often it happens here (or near any army post or major city, I'm sure). The things that I've seen and done don't even compare to a sob story like the one he's spinning. Alot of people are BORN with migraines that come on hard and for no reason at all, and they don't get $18,000 for it. I just can't believe someone has the nerve to feel they are owed everything, and then have the even bigger nerve to come here and bitch about it, as if we should all agree that oh yes, daddy is mean, and nothing hard or bad has ever befallen anyone else in the world, and he so totally deserves a car like that at 17, because he has migraines that he uses as a scapegoat to get out of doing things he doesn't want to. It's utter bull****.

Didn't know they let ya'll out. Everyone has their own problems ... Yep, we sued them. My mom works for a lawyer. How am I bitching? I'm being called a spoiled whiney brat when I'm the one paying for all of my stuff. I can't understand what the hell your problem is. I know sure as **** you ain't in the army acting this way. (Insert pictures of some soldier in Iraq to pass off as himself Xeremeh).The car is my graduation present. Did you get a graduation present? I am guessing no.

The fact that you're still going on about how nothing in this instance is your fault is where you are wrong, like it should matter. And if you read previous posts, you'd know where my sister came into play. But.. then again, I don't suppose you'd give anyone the common courtesy. After all, we weren't expected to read all of your sob story, now where we, even though we did. But, whatever. As I said, this is not something I was looking to "win", per se. Only to help you see things clearly, and it got way out of hand, for which I am apologizing. I don't mean to **** or bore people on these forums, because we all have something in common atleast. I'm not going to get any further into this issue. It's not worth my time, nor bringing up any teenage-ego drama.

Where am I wrong? Where is anyone wrong? I agree with my dad, the car may not have been the best bet right about now. I was mad. I am a spoiled crybaby? I don't understand your logic at all dude.
