my car was 100% stock. The only mod I did is the turbo kit and upgraded the fuel system (bigger injectors, fuel pump, etc). Stock trans, rear end etc. This made racing from a dig hard because I didn't have posi, but I still beat GTO's, and Z28's. From a roll, I did much better taking on Vette's, highly modified Z28's, etc.

you could probably get a full twin turbo kit for about 10-12k. You can get a ****load more power with a twin, but your engine may not be able to take it. You also will need to upgrade some engine parts before you can put that much pressure on yours......I dont know very much, but wait for some advice from some of the other guys.

make your own kit for 2500 bucks pretty easily, 2000 with junkyard turbo
