[size=2]ok so i've been away from this forum for quite a while now, so i dont know if someone asked this question or not. i'll ask anyway. i bought a GT front bumper w/ fog lights and the harness connected to the fog lights. the wire is cut 10" away from the harness. now i am looking at a used GT centre console ($20) w/ the fog light switch. now the question is this, is there a wiring harness behind my V6 centre console so i can just extend the wire from the fog loights and connect it to the battery? or do i need one of those GT fog light kits on e-bay, which by the way goes for $ 80-90?

 

you can just buy the switch try v6mustangstuff.com, and yes the harness is there

 

Also, I believe blueovalindustries sells the switch for like $25.

 

i want to get the roush bumper with the round fog lights....do i have to wire everythign from the foglights back?

 

do you think if you had a hand-held tuner, you could shut Trac Control off, then swap the Tract Control button on the console to the foglight button(put blank one on old tract control wiring) and save yourself just a little bit of $$?

or does that button have a specific code it sends...just an idear!

im looking at getting foglights soon aswell. And to answer your question stone, the blank button attachs to a wiring connection, so it may just need some digging aroud behind console to find the other end...if thats what you were wondering about!
