3.27, I always reccomend 3.73s for the everyday driver, but the 4.10 clan is sure to be on their way.

thanx, my dad said 4.10's are out of the question, sooooooo will the 3.73's be enough of a performance upgrade to justify the money. and my dad knows haw to build rear end so i dont have to pay labor. but hes pretty pissed that i keep modding my car so he wont even consider telling me the info i need to know about this stuff. thats not gunna stop me from doing it

Well detroit true track is the best, but pricey as hell to, the ford t-lok will be fine, but if you can find a deal on Eaton, or Auburn, then get one of those. One question, does your dad have to proper tools to set the gap between the gears and the differential, if not, then bring it to a shop, set the gap too tight and you'll burn up the rear end, too loose and you'll strip the gears.

my grandpa ownes a shop. And my dads done it to numerous cars. most recently he put 4.10's in his 65' stang.

Yea, but a 65 stang and a new one are two totally different animals. A lot of people can do old muscle car rear end swaps, but new cars have to be set 100% right or else you're gonna be buying a new rear end.
