I dont believe you can get tail light tint for your year. Erick has mentioned many times that he's tries and it doesn't stay on well.

CLICK
But I've heard it may not cover the whole thing. I'm not sure if it does or not, but you could try

I recently tinted my tail lights , I know its odd but i used automotive high gloss touch up black spray paint. I took off my tails rubbed them down really good with rubbing alcohol and sprayed a few light coats over my tail lights. I was not a believer but they turned out awesome. Ever since then i have done many other peoples the effect turns out not too dark plenty of light still shines through while maintaing a glossy finish
