Default Gear Question

Alright, Im sure this post has been put up so many times but Im going to re ask this question. I want a little more acceleration off the line. Gears will do this. Now I want to know what people will prefer. I hear that certain gears will hurt my gas mileage, some will take from my top end and other things. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

How long would this take to install?

2mpg thats it? Thats nothing. Do you have these gears? If you do, do you like them? Feel a difference?

my buddy has em in his 99 GT, hes getting 21 mpg, pretty decent for times on the highway, and as long as you dont drive like an *** you wont destroy the tires in first gear, if i personally were doing it, i would go 4.56, but thats probably way to much gear for you or anyone else on here, i just like to be crazy

ya he somewhat likesem, kinda wishes for 4.30s at times though
