Handheld tuner + Dyno tunes and runs to tweak your system config: $~600
along with this you should also get long tube headers and some suspension work done on your car. Also buy a pair of drag radials so you can have to use at the track.

LT I am assuming is long tubes. how are those different from ceramic, not to sound completly stupid but trying to find pricingonline and the shop so dont want to get the weird looks from the guys there and make them think im more crazy then needed since im modding a 6. and any idea where I could order the headers from online? I know were i can get the tuner from but not the dyno but I assume either the track or some proformance shop will have one around here.
With the stage 3 from SSM should I go with just the kit itself with no extra option like i listed before? and if anyone knows what a rough idea of hp will be if i do all of this? oh and with the suspension work you mentioned what all should I do, the car was already lowered about 2 and a half from the looks of it before I got it by the previous owner but not sure what all else he did to it.

Oh, LT's come in regular and ceramic. Ceramic is just the coating around them. Kind of like the texture on your intake (open the hood and feel the intake, it's all grainy). I'm assuming ceramic headers are similar, no?
uh... you'd most certainly want an lsd of sorts for your car too. what's the point of having 350RWHP if you're gonna just spin 1 tire?

as far as seeing lots of thses types of threads I am sure you have seen quiet a few, even before joining these boards I read quiet a few so I know it is somewhat common, but the major differeance is Ive already got most of the money and have no problem with spending it just on what parts is the issue, trust me by late may or early june next year when i get the 4k thngs should start moving fairly quickly.

the t-lok will be fine as long as you don't plan on making it a drag car and doing high rpm launches on sticky tires. otherwise you'll have to go with something stronger.

lol yeah I am sure you have seen a good bit of faulse assurances from people withthese types of posts, but I think most dont actually have the money they claim or mommy and daddy did not aprove so they could not get it all. me its all my money and my time, if nothing else when my birthday comes around and I for some reason dont get the 4k from her I will still be using the 4 almost 5 I have saved to do part of the list (most likely the stage 3).
I know Ive asked earlier but no comment was made on it yet, are all those options my friend mentioned I should get something worth while if I eventually go FI?

I know the CAI would have to go once i go FI, I guess what I ment though was would I need all the stage 3 extras like the 65mm throttle body and the gasket kit, exc..just trying to figure if those are a good idea or not really.
