So, I found a set of 95 rims off a GT with new tires on them. . . for 105$. I was wondering if they will fit a 2001 mustang. Is it the same offset? Still 4.5?

yup, all sn95, they're the exact same.

FYI the bolt pattern for the mustang (94-07) is 5 x 114.3.
