Anywho, I'll put it this way, GTs struggle to get more than 6 rwhp with shorties, so a V6 isn't gonna get much, if anything at all, because stock sixer headers flow fairly well. I only reccommend changng the headers if something is wrong with your stockers.

go with longtubes. i have them and after i got my stang back i know that i have more power. i cant tell you exactly how much rwhp but i can say that there is more power my dad and bf said the same thing
Well i felt it a lot more when I put mine in, but I deal with modifying cars and trucks all day long, so I know what to look and feel for. LT's will also enhance any other engine mod, mainly power adders, that you do.
