I dont know about not being able to race people and smoke alot of them. After having the car for two weeks now and doing my first mod yesterday I have already been challeneged three times now. Same dang place too which is wierd. First was against a cayenne and I stayed right above him the entire time and then we both stomped on the breaks at about 70 since we were in a busy buisness park I think I could of blown past him though if I tried too, I was really slow out of first and didnt really drop it.
Yesterday some guy in a camaro got me to drop it in the same place and again I didnt really let it out too much but stayed a bit behind him. Was trying to be careful since I knew there were cops in the area.
So the car does have some power but it definitly isnt a V8. Yes I can chirp my tires in third gear, but cant ever manual? Mustangs V6's are pretty cheap I paid 10,500 for my 03 w/ 21k miles on it and pony package on it.

hy ppl
i a new on this forums and i am the future owner of a mustang
a few q for you...maybe you can help me

1. a v6 is fun to drive?? i want a v8 but 19 years with v8 = HUGE insurance
2. how much can you mode v6?
3. what is the 0-60 on a stock v6 from 2000-2001
4. what should i check when i go see the car?
5. any advices for a future owner of a mustang?

any help is apreciated
sorry for my bad english
First of all, there is alot of mis-information on this website, so look farther than just this forum. but to answer you questions in order.

1. Yes, it's very fun to drive.
2. Virtually every part on the V6 can be in some way modified. The only things stock in my car are the block and the rear end.
3. 0-60 is about 7 sec
4. Just make sure the car runs fine. 2000-2001 should have about 50-60K at the most. They are built very well so there shouldn't be any engine problems.
5. My advice is ask lots of questions when you don't know something. And go to this forum for more accurate answers. www.mustangevolution.com

Wow, those are some nice kills for a 6! I'll have to be less afraid to lose and get my *** out there and practice my racing skills.
