lol 2001 saleen...yeah dont sleep on the V6... a lot of ppl do...ive beat a lot of cars in my STOCK V6, including a 96 camaro ss, gt eclipse, celicas, a loser who thouhgt he was cool in his "pimped" out civic thinking he can beat anything, only to get whipped by me the other day (lol one of those white eminem boys who put those big a s s exhausts on theyre civics,) so yeah man u still got mad power, just know how to use it....

umm it was one of my friends camaro actually..it was an rs or ss or something like that..the camaro that has the v6 engine...i dunno.... camaros suck neways

Their is a HUGE difference between an RS and an SS. An RS has 200hp and an SS has 325 or 345. You should know what you're talking about before you look stupid.

I bought a 2000 V6 a few weeks ago, and I'm enjoying it (upgraded from a 91 dodge shadow). I find it to be fast enough. I haven't hammered on my car that much, so I don't know about chirping from 2nd to 3rd.
The only think i've noticed about my car that I'm somewhat worried about is shifting; sometimes I feel a slight "clunk" when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd or from 2nd to first. When I get more time I'm going to make sure there's enough oil in the tranny. Hopefully it's not serious or I'm going to be pissed...
