Okay so I took my car to the mechanics and today when I popped the hood there was a suction hose just laying there.. does anybody have any idea where it plugs in to??? i tried to find where it went but i couldn't..

I believe that is supposed to connect to your air intake tubing (the big black tube it's laying on in the 2nd pic).

Looks like it's been disconnected.

Yeah it looks like it's broke off the air inlet tube down by the air filter.

yep found it.. thanks.. i didn't even notice the connector on the intake until I looked at it again.. lol

that's the breather lineand one reason your car was idling rough.

the engine sucks air in from that line and expells it through the PCV back into the intake
