ha i'll win right?
Depending on year you might win fairly easily.
If he is in the later years that the car was made (98-01) he is pushing just around 200hp with the almightly v-tec. [8D]So it will be close depending on how he drives.
But if it is an earlier model prelude, they were only around 140hp so it would be fairly easy to beat one.
The only to know is to race him though, so just do it and let us know, but be safe about it.

Hate to say it doesn't look too good for you. . .
Looked upa 95 prelude 0-60 in 6.7 1/4 in 15.1
That is barely faster than an 05 GT
but that doesnt mean that are his times..

If he has the fifth generation (97-01) you're going to have a hell of a time beating him. They are pushing 195-200 hp stock. And if it is the H22A V-TEC you're screwed.
Edit: Forgot to mention that if it is a model before 1997, then you have him.

Check for the V-TEC next time you see him, I saw a black one today outside my work. It should have V-TEC written on the side.

THat isn't necessarily a definate sign. Remember, he's a Honda driver with a fart can and body kit. He might have Vtec and TypeR decals everywhere, but the actual engine will only produce like 900hp, lol.
