Will a Strut tower brace that came off a 1994-1997 GT fit on my 99 V6?

96+ GT braces will work with 94-04 V6's

94-95 5.0's i believe are 5.0 only

is there somthing with the years for the 94-98s that are similar in some way to our 99-04 V6s?

The 94-95 5.0L brace will work with anymustang from 94-98, not too sure about the 99+, but there are braces made for 94-04 models. A guy that lives kind of close to me bought my old one, and custom painted it red to go onto his 98 sixer.Go to www.mustangsunlimited.com and search mac or bbk, both companies make a strut tower bar for all years, and they look damn good to boot.

was it hard to install?

 

Not for me because my holes were already drilled, so it was just a 5 minute swap from stock to that. For you, you're gonna have to drill the holes before install. Won't be hard, but you have to be 100% precise with the drilling.
