this one! and i would sudgest to just about everyone to get these things now while they are cheap because the price just keeps slowly goin up. theve gone from like 28 to 35. and wont ship till 4-2 from summit. so obviously they are becoming quite popular.

So those sound like master flows? And what where you talking about when you said mac doesnt make "them" for us? Did you mean long tube headers or something else?
