Default fuel question?

I have an 03 and I was just wondering what type of fuel you guys use. i've been using regular, but some people have recommended using super or premium. Idk if premium would have any benefits, and I hope it would not harm my engine. Wondering what the rest of you guys do.

I was talkin to my friend Mike W. and he told me 109 jet fuel does it for him.

Jet fuel. [&:]

Well I use 93 octane, but I do also have a tune for that rating. I noticed a difference in that from regular, but remember I also have a tune for that.

But usually using 91, 93 octane etc... does not increase performance or mileage, it may help or it may even hurt, just fill a tank up with one and see.

stock v6 stangs are tuned from ford to use the 87 octain. So using a high octain really won't help but it won't hurt either. i actually read an article where a company dynoed a stock v6 stang with the three different levels of octain and the stock v6 worked best with the lower octain.
