Every time i turn my wheel I get a bad creeking noise. I check the power steering fluid but it's fine.

Okay, listen carefully, theres a hose connected to your power steering pump, either theres a crack in it, or you need to replace your pump, if its the hose, you'll save yourself about 45 bucks.
