You need a few things:

M112 from an 03/04 Cobra - the WHOLE thing, TB, inlet, pulley, by pass actuator (very important)and the compressor itself. You do NOT need the heat exchanger, intercooler or related plumbing. No, you can't' use the Lightning M112 or any variation used on other cars.

Cobra OR Lightning MAF (or an aftermarket upgrade)

Cobra inlet tube (or an aftermarket cold air intake, though it's really not needed). You need the airbox and the tube from the MAF to the TB.

Fuel injectors: stock Cobra 39lb or an upgrade of them (obviously, only buy 6 if you can).

Fuel pump: I suggest the SVT Focus 310lph pump. It is more than enough for most boosted applications.

Gaskets: You'll want a new V6 gasket that goes between the upper and lower intakes as well as the 03/04 Cobra blower gasket that wraps around the bottom of the compressor housing. Get them from Ford. Don't buy cheap gaskets. It will only cost you later.

Cobra EGR delete: The 03/04 Cobra has the EGR tube that connects to the back of teh blower. Because the stock EGR is retained on the split port car, you need to plug that hole in the back of the blower. Ford sells a kit, as well as many aftermarket companies.

New belt: I forget the part number off the top of my head, so I'll have to look it up.

Most important out of everything:
Boxed upper intake. Right now the one I designed (and use) is patent pending. We jokingly refer to it as the Hammerhead intake since I work with sharks as a day job. (Not trying to plug my kit in anyway, but right now all M112'd V6 cars are using either one I made or a variation of the one I designed.) A kit will be for sale this Summer. Or talk to me in a PM, and we can work something out. The kit includes a newly added idler pulley to allow smaller blower pullies to be used. I ran mine the first year without the idler and a UPR 2.8" pulley with no issues. I am adding the extra pulley this Summer when I swap to a KB twin screw.

Last step: Dyno tune it! There might be a basic tune later this Summer, but I can not put enough emphisis on getting a good dyno tune from a quality shop. Also, remember you will now be running higher octane fuel in a boosted application. Be ready to pay the price at the pump.

The boxed upper will bolt directly to the stock split port lower. There has been talk of using ported lowers, which will help. My lower was done by me. You do not need to delete the stock EGR on them, but I do suggest using the 99-00 lower over the 01-04 lower if you can. The boxed upper fits inside the stock fuel rail. The upgraded injectors work with the stock rail as well.Prior to installing the blower, you must mill off the lip on the bottom side that is to attach the stock IC. You won't need that mounting point, and the lip prevents the blower from being bolted to the boxed upper. Once it's bolted down, you hook up the inlet just like on a stock Cobra. Hook up the by pass valve the same way as on a Cobra to allow extra boost to be recycled back into the inlet plenum when you take your foot off the gas (postive displacement blower version of a BOV). The vaccume lines that were on the stock upper get routed to the back of the blower compressor housing.

It takes an afternoon to install it all for the first time. Now, I can remove and install mine in about two hours.
