well i took t to the dealer and they put a new cap on and once again filled the coolant about 1 inch past the line. and 3 days later it exploded again lol

 

check the play in your water pump

 

it you get to much coolant in, the extra one will go off because of the heat
could be even the thermostat , not sure good luck and the dealer will fix that (I'm thinking that all the time it was to much coolant inside) ,---
when you park the car , some of the heat still comes out ,
it sounds like its boilling right? (after you turn of the engine)

That sounds like part of the issue right there. The line is THE LINE haha.

 

yea they called me like 4 days after i got it back from them and they hows it going? i said well it has exploded again and their like you want to bring it in? well give u a focus rental i was like yea no ima go to a different ford dealer.
