Default Bolt pattern?

Will a rim that has a bolt pattern of 5 x 100 or 5 x 114.3 fit on our cars?

Your talking metric spacing. If GYEA is right, I never New that 5 on 4 1/2 was the same as 5 on 114.3. I'll have to remember that.

What will a 45+ offset look like on our cars?

Also, does it matter if you put a front wheel drive wheel on a rear wheel drive car?
