Default Hey

Hey everyone. I need a little advice on some work I need to get done to my newly acquired 99 V6. Please put up with this short story first:

I have had my 1995 GT for about 6yrs and I love it. It was my daily driver but the distributor went south just after several other annoyances (bad fuel pump, timing chain, busted gears) all in succession. I had to curb the GT and get a reliable car, so I got a 99 V6 which looks good and is very well kept for a daily driver. I miss the power of the GT and want to beef the V6 up and know what I want to do but need advice on what brands and exact parts to get. I would appreciate any advice, keeping in mind that I am looking for middle of the road pricing (not cheap, not high end). Here is a list of what I need/want:

Gears - 3:73 w/tlock (its a 5-speed) - best mfg for each?

Duals - decided I want the Y-pipe cut instead of headers and true duals. I think what I need is some sort of cat-back, but exactly what? How much for install?

Springs - I want to lower it 1 to 1 1/2 inches. What height looks best? Which springs are best? How much for install?

Timing - I could advance my timing on the GT, can this be done on the V6?

Wheels - Im thinking the greyish Bullitt's, any thoughts?

NOS - Possible..any downside for the V6? What brand is best? 75 shot?

Without the NOS, what can I expect as far as 0-60 and quarter?Am Iasking to get embarrassed on the street by your average ricer or GTP?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Detroit tru-trak motive gears
flowmaster 40s original or summit force pro's, no mid pipe, go divorced duals, 200 bux for mufflers and install
cheaper if u go with summit
eibach pro-kit (what i have) get u a camber bolt kit, u dont need cc plates unless u drop under 1.5"
diy install form mustangworld.com, then just take ur camber bolts to the alignment shop, they will handle it from there, 80 bux for install and alignment
sct xcal II tuner, u can change timing, up parameters, air/fuel ratio go to vmptuning.com for this
grey bullitts sound good, check the for sale section for some take off anthracite bullitts or get some wide 17x9/17/10.5 for a nice staggered look
75 shot on stock internals, i dunno about brand, best choice for cheap performance
race the **** out of ur average ricer, u should come out on top
for some easy power look for some under drive pullies and an intake manifold spacer
the two should give u close to 12 rwhp
