midpipe
so ive been on this site for a while, and ive read moreposts on exhaust than i care to think about, ive got they 'Y' adapted mac dual exhaust, now ive heard that mac sounds like crap with midpipes, and would hate to have to buy new mufflers, but i also want to get rid of the y that i have in there, would i be better off for sound purposes, getting divorced or getting a custom H. i plan on taking out the rear cats, i dont think taking both sets of cats off would sound all that great, but will the macs still sound ok with cats removed and the y adapter modified? or should i plan on buying some new mufflers also
From the majority of the forum I heard don't go mac unless you're just buy long-tubes. I'm thinking about getting flowmaster 40s andH pipe. I don't know about the cats yet. I'm a little worried about getting rid of the o2 sensors.
yea idk its up to you...if i had to do it again id prolly get force but idk how they sound on person compared to my macs....below 3k macs sound amazing deep and loud....3500 it gets raspy then 4k it gets better and throaty not buzzing and sounds really good
