Default Seatbelts

Okay, so for some reason my seatbelts always break and the problem is not fixed when I bring it to the dealership. My front passenger and driver side seatbelts only roll up if I feed them, and the back seatbelts don't roll up at all. How can I get this fixed and / or fix this without bringing it to the POS mechanics at Ford?

i believe it is a broken return spring in the belt coiler andit can be fixed if you are very paitent and know what you are doing and have done it before but if you havent i would say buy NEW seat belts you take a big gamble buying safety restraints from a junk yard i personall would never do that

Should I bring the car to a different mechanic or attempt to do it myself so that I know it's getting fixed? It's been 'fixed' like 4 times already, but it keeps happening.
