Default HELP COLD STARTING

i have an 02 mustang v6 w/ 34000 miles in the last 2 days when i start it in cold it acts like its running on 4 cylinders 4 about ten min, then it smoths back out. now the engien servising light is on what can be causing this

look at the temp guage in he cluster. if it is below the C or above the H, dont hot dog it. if it is between, it means the engine is at normal operating temps, meaning you can actually drive the car. if you'll notice, on a cold start, the exhaust sounds weak too. let things warm up for about 10 miles or 10 minutes or so then you'll be ok. dont drive at all with it above the H though.

getting the code read from your EEC is the only way we can help you figure out why you're having troubles when you're car starts up. Where do you live?
