Default 05 mustang

Hey guys got a question. My girl has an 05 stang v6 and she has been having a problem when she goes to the gas station and tries to pump the gas. A lot of the time the pump will shut off acting like its full when its not. Sometimes she has to reset it three times or thirty times to get it full. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem?

Are you sure she's not squeezing the pump handle too hard, causing it to shut off?
