I need help finding ither a Cobra Kit or a Cobra R but whats the diffrence the cobra R just has that extra Chin on it right and well what is the diffrence between my stock v6 kit and a cobra is it just the Front and bumper or do they have lower side skirts 2

The Cobra R bumper is just the bumper and fog lights that are different. The side skirts and rear bumper are exactly the same. It has side exhaust, so it's actually the same as the V6 bumper.
99-01 Cobras just had a different front bumper and fog lights. And I think '01 said COBRA instead of MUSTANG on the back.
03-04 Cobras had different side front and rear bumpers, along with different side skirts and fog lights.
