Default Question about fitting?

This might be a dumb a question, but does a 2000 gt rear bumper and 2000 gt hood fit on the 2000 mustang v6? Does any frame work need to be donethat cost extra $bucks$? Please reply thanx

I had the gt bumper installed on my 2000, and there was no extra work needed, they just popped the v6 one off and replaced it with the GT. I believe for the 2000 GT, they did not have a hood scope on there, so it is the same as the v6 hood. You would be able to take a 01-04 hood and replace it with your v6 one and it would fit fine. I would reccommend just buying the hoodscoop instead of the whole hood because that is the only difference. You would have to cut into your hood to install the scoop tho.

u wont have to cut into ur hood...jst drill a few holes and there is no sense gettin the whole hood.....u jst need the scoop and the 00 is the same hood as the v6

no extra work is needed for the bumper either

if i just drill in the scoop would it defeat the purpuse. It would look cosmetic and not get more air to engine. b/c if that all it does(look cosmetic) i would just keep the stock one
