Default wont start??

so i changed my clutch cable, quadrant, and put a fire wall adjuster in. when i went to start it up nothing happend. when adjusted the cable from the fire wall it started. then the pedal got really loose. so i turned the car off and tried it again. nothing happend when i tried to turn it on again.

what could this be? all of the accesories go on but it doesnt even try to turn over.

It sounds like your clutch isn't engaging.

There is a neutral safety switch that engages when the pedal is all the way down so you can't accidently start it in gear. Sounds like it's not being engaged now.

make sure it is hooked up right double check it, make sure it is tight. flick the switch around a bit or remove it completely so you dont need the clutch in to start just dont be dumb and start it with clutch out
