well it helped out like crazy...my car feels as fast as it did with no one in it as it does with myn 300 lb freind with me

those halo Plugs make a nice difference. they are pricey but they eliminate any hangfires even minor ones that are really unnoticable untill you change plugs.
Those halo Pluga should be good for about 50,000 without checking them. the wires i would isolate against any contact with metal from the engine and they will last pretty good. the coil combined with those halo plugs really makes great ignition.
yes it doesn't add much power maybe 1-3hp at best but the response and smoothness is soooooo noticable.
the Halo plugs are the best plug i have used yet and i have been building engines for about 20yrs or more now.
yeah there are alot of good plugs out there but the Halo's are the best in my experience.
check you mileage. you might be surprised to see a 1-2 MPG gain with them
