Default mac LT or shorties....

i already have magnaflow catbacks, need new exhaust mani's.which sounds better and gets better performance? im also probably going to upgrade to flowmasters soon, but for now i need a non-leaking exhaust system

Go longtubes or go home. Bottom line, they will gove you more power and make your suond a lot better.

lts will cost you way more than shorties so it really depends on how much you want to spend. lts are more expensive and you need a new midpipe. shorties will be a direct bolt on.
in most states i think as long as you have cats you should be fine. so just put on some high flow cats after the lts and youll be good.

I was just in the same dilemma
I wanted the LTs but i dont want to have to deal with spending more money to gets cats
So i am goin' with shorties and i am also gettin' Flowmaster catbacks

let me know what u decide to do

well xmas is coming up so i dont wanna sound like a cheap **** but i may have to go with shorties till jan. i would love to change the exhaust sound and get more power, but i really gotta do something fast about the garggling sound on the passenger side...what exactly would i have to do to make LT's work?
